Firm Director Philip Sim qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and has specialised throughout his career in advising businesses and business owners. Having been a partner in large law firms for 25 years, in 2018 he decided to establish his own niche practice so that he could focus on personal legal advice rather than managing a team.

Philip’s current client roster includes hotels and restaurants, industrial property, landowners, renewable energy development, construction, healthcare and fitness, roadside services and mines and quarries. He has wide experience of residential development having advised a number of housebuilders as well as landowners, banks and investment funds.
